We are thrilled to announce a transformative opportunity: we are seeking an *Assistant Facility Director* to collaborate side by side with our esteemed Co-Founder and Director, Jacqueline Cradle. With over 12 years of groundbreaking leadership at VFS Prep, Jacqueline has established a legacy of educational excellence and meaningful community impact. This new leadership role marks a significant milestone in our continued growth.

The field of early childhood education is evolving at an unprecedented pace. Families are demanding more personalized, research-backed approaches to care and learning. Simultaneously, communities increasingly recognize the essential role that high-quality early education plays in long-term economic and social well-being. To meet these challenges, organizations must embrace innovative leadership models that bring diverse expertise to the table.
At VFS Prep, we are leading this charge. By introducing an Assistant Facility Director, we are doubling our capacity to adapt, innovate, and serve. Qualifications and Skills:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for candidates holding a Master's degree in Education or a related field. This academic foundation should be complemented by a robust understanding of early childhood education principles and a proven track record in educational leadership.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on guiding, building, and nurturing high-performing teams. The ideal candidate should be skilled in fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and shared success, working in harmony with our co-founder Jacqueline Cradle.
- The ability to adapt to the evolving needs** of the education landscape, with a forward-thinking approach that balances innovation with the immediate and future needs of our children.
- A commitment to fostering strong, respectful, and supportive relationships** with families, recognizing that partnership with parents and guardians is pivotal for the holistic development of our students.
