Qualifications and Skills:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for candidates holding a Master's degree in Education or a related field. This academic foundation should be complemented by a robust understanding of early childhood education principles and a proven track record in educational leadership.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on guiding, building, and nurturing high-performing teams. The ideal candidate should be skilled in fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and shared success, working in harmony with our co-founder Jacqueline Cradle.
